Mark acts for claimants and respondents in Tribunal claims involving the law of unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, redundancy and breach of contract.
He represents both employees and employers in the High Court and the County Courts in actions for the enforcement of restrictive covenants, which often involve allegations of breach of confidence and fidelity, and in high-value claims for breach of contract.
His commercial practice is focused upon contractual disputes including contracts for the sale of goods, partnership agreements and actions upon guarantees and indemnities.
Mark originally gained a degree in English literature and worked in publishing. Before coming to the Bar he spent a year as a litigation paralegal in a large West End firm.
